The employees need to start acting like they WANT to work there. I asked for a side of ketchup and mayo and the manager just sighed as she turned around to go fetch it. Like.. Your working for the customer lady, and your the manager!? Regardless of your wage you give good service! Weather your making $7.50hr or $100,000 a year you SMILE, YOU ARE KIND, YOU ARE HELPFUL. You accepted the pay so give good service.
Ms. Vicki got a really good energy and her service is top notch. She listens to whatever we need and executes it quickly.
