went in and ordered a pop at this place. $1.79 on the menu. I give the guy $2 he gives me no change back? state sales tax is 10.4%.my pop should cost me $1.97.??? the worker taking my order informs me that they rounded off instead of giving change. if you're going to round it off round it off to $1.95 in my favor not their favor. or give me my 3 cents.. ya it's only 3 cents, but it is the orincipal of the whole thing. Waited 18 minutes for cold cookies and a milkshake for curbside pick-up. Used the mobile app, and the app even sent me a notification that the order was ready on its way, yet I had to flag an employee down to ask about my order since it’s been 10 mins since the app said it was ready and on the way to me. The employee didn’t even know I had an order placed, and it took another 8 mins for someone to bring me my order. Service at McDonald’s is just the worst.
They stuff the bag so full you can't check for accuracy. Missing nuggets and received 2 out of 6 sauces. If you hate your job and/or incompetent, feel free to quit.
This is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. Food was cold and took an hour to get. The employee was rude and unhelpful. Everyone was waiting for their food forever. Someone noticed Ice cream Sundays that were sitting on their counter for an hour and half. The employee seemed proud of that when called out on it by another customer.
