I recently went to McDonald's and decided to try a chicken burger - Mac Crispy. On the outside, everything looked fine, but inside there were only two small slices of tomato, which looked rather modest and did not add any flavor. We had a bad experience there awhile back. Then Tracy reached out to us to apologize and correct their service mistake. We really do appreciate the effort and compassion. Since then, our service have been great, everything has been fresh and 100% correct. Thank you!
