i’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service continues to be disappointing. even simple orders routinely take 10 to 20 minutes, and mistakes are common. while customers are waiting, employees seem more focused on joking around with each other and inappropriate touching behind the counter than getting orders out. eli, the manager, really needs to get a handle on how the staff is behaving because this has become a consistent problem

one star. this location is consistently slow, and the staff is a huge part of the problem. we regularly wait 10 to 20 minutes for our food, and our orders are often wrong on top of that. meanwhile, employees are behind the counter laughing, messing around, and touching or grabbing each other’s butts while customers are waiting. the manager, eli, seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism and urgency here

One star. This location is consistently slow and the staff is a huge part of the problem. We regularly wait 10 to 20 minutes for food, and our orders are often wrong on top of that. Today we ordered a simple 10-piece Chicken McNuggets and were told it would take another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, employees were behind the counter laughing, messing around, and touching or grabbing each other’s butts while customers were waiting. The manager, Eli, seriously needs to address the lack of professionalism and urgency here.
