Your store has a very consistent problem. Three times in the past two months I have ordered Dr Pepper and have been given Diet Dr Pepper. I have driven back to the store twice and both times they have the wrong syrup hooked up to the machine. Easy solution: stop offering Diet Dr Pepper if you can’t manage to keep it from affecting people ordering regular Dr Pepper. This is too ridiculous of a problem to happen more than once in such a short time span. Please pay attention.
We gladly drive out of our area to Alabaster, Bessemer, or Hoover to avoid this location any time we want McDonald’s.

The absolute worst. Avoid at all costs. Fast food is slow food. Half the time the order is wrong anyway. How are they out of dipping sauces to boot? Only the desperate need apply.
