My past 5 orders have all been messed up. Either missing items, cold food or just completely wrong items. They used to be decent, but lately they have been terrible with customer service and how they handle their mistakes. Customer service needs work. Hate to complain, but this used to be my favorite spot for a quick bite.

When I was eating at one of the tables on the afternoon of nov 28 there was a guy who kept yelling at his employees! there are CHILDREN around!! Seriously being all butthurt at mcdonalds of all places? Get a grip and do better. Im sorry to whoever works here.
After sitting in line for 10 mins to address the cold burger they gave me, they then give me a burnt chicken sandwich. Night crew... get ya stuff together.
