I asked for no onions on my burger at the drive thru and I also told the lady at the 1st window to make sure that there was no onions on my order and when I got to the last window to receive my order I was told to "scrape it off " by both the guy at the window and the shift supervisor. And they made it clear that they wasn't interested in remaking my burger. The service here has declined since the age of the workers here have gotten younger. Don't come here at night if you want a accurate order. The night shift doesn't care.
We visited while there on our cruise. Alwyn Archer from Archer Tours took us there and the food was outstanding!!!!!
The big arch is actually really good!
I came here to complain about my order not hardly ever being right ...but looking at these reviews, I see complaining is pointless. For the people who rated this location 5 stars...you got lucky. You better check your bag TWICE!
