The worst customer service. What’s the point of having curbside service if workers won’t take your food out to you?
Ordered a double hamburger with only Mayo and ketchup and got Mayo and ketchup with a side of burger. Unacceptable. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there, you have one job, and even that you can’t do right.
This is probably the worst location I’ve been to, I asked for a frappe and they told me they don’t sell frappes after 11 even though I’ve never heard that at any McDonald’s. But anyways I ordered a 5 dollar meal and a caramel iced coffee and i specifically said I wanted 5 sugars to make it sweet. Fast forward almost half an hour later even though there was just me and 2 other cars and apart from them giving me my coffee still tasting strong and no visible sugar they forgot to give me my soda and the girl that gave it to me j... read more
