Absolute worst McDonald’s on the planet. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that does not allow fountain drinks. They do not have ketchup and napkins, and they charge for every sauce. On top of that, they don’t even have their menu on display. They encourage you to do their glitchy automated machine, which does not even work correctly. On top of that, my french fries were cold. Too cold atmosphere, Did they reduce the size of ice cream . It’s too small now .. took too long to get the food .. the spicy mcchicken was almost felt burnt , dry and too salty and sourish taste I don’t know why . Couldn’t eat it . Waste of money …
The worst customer service you can find in Monterey . My triple cheeseburger extra onions came with 2 patties and no onions at all :)))
