Most McDonald's now want you to use the Kiosk machines, taking focus off of the Registers at the counter, but for the elderly who don't know how to operate the machines is bad because then they stand at the counter unacknowledged.
So, I went to pick up an bacon double quarter pounder burger for my sister and she told me to make sure to check her burger burger for bacon incase they try to cheat her out of bacon again. I get the burger from the drive-thru, check the burger, and no bacon. Had to go back inside, show the manager that there's no bacon on a bacon burger, and wait for another burger with bacon to be made. Is cheating people out of bacon normal at McDonald's? I would say, yes.
