They were rude as heck to my husband and I who went to get a bite to eat, none of the machines were working properly. No one greet anyone, they screwed up an order in front of us, our order was half assed put together and already cold! They screwed up my husband’s Big Mac, and were rude and stand offish to everyone in the store. The manager rolled his eyes to the guy who came in from the drive through to get his corrected order.
Got my food and the bun was hard, it was even put together the right way.
Update!!! This location is still horrible.... Been holding back on this. What is the deal with fast food in Auburn? Absolutely horrible. Had an easy order. Waited 20 mins and they didn't even give the right order to me.... the inside is a joke. Have to yell at the workers to get anyone's attention. If there was a 0 star button I'd push it. Who even owns this place? I'd be ashamed! 3:30 on a Saturday and it takes 30 mins to get thru a line?
