Orders are consistently wrong, even when placed through the app. Items will be completely missing, or are served cold. Unimpressed with the complete lack of attention to detail and ensuring quality and correctness.
They’re consistently getting our orders wrong, forgetting to give us our ordered items and sauces. I have never had a dining experience here that has gone smoothly. We often go here since there aren’t many options in our small town… is it too much to ask for decent service?? Train your employees better!!
Friday went in there sat in the drive through for 15 minutes at the speaker because I couldn’t back up and leave while cars are going through the other lane. Then today I ordered 2 sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins and got 2 English muffins 1 with just cheese on it and the 2nd 1 had a sausage patty on it. This place has went to hell since Chris sold it.
I eat here often order double quarter pounder only and most of the time its tasted ok to me sure there has been a few times it wasn't great but I still was fine with it I see the crew a lot working trying to have fun at work and they should enjoys themselfs it a demanding job no one's never satisfied so it's just part of the job a guy named Will is super hard worker always helping customers taking food to there table I think that the prices are fair also that's why I eat there
