Service was terrible! I had to wait 15 minutes after ordering in the drive through. So much for fast. And the people were hateful!
I truly believe that this location needs a complete employee overhaul. The other day I went to one drive thru lane nobody responded so went to the other nobody responded and had to go to the window to place the order. New manager so gave it another try today. The drive thru lanes were working but I got parked & since the girl at the window did not say why I had to park I asked. She said that they’re waiting on French fries. I order fast food cause I want it fast not because I wanna pull forward! When I order two cookies tell me I have to pull forward and let me decide if I wanna pull forward. I don’t feel like waiting here 10 minutes for two cookies!
