Food was fast, then had to wait 7 minutes for a drink while 5 orders were completed behind me. (Drive through)
Lady i spoke with on the phone was terrible. First, she lied. Terrible.
Can we go back to the robot taking orders? A robot won’t mess up your order because they are on a phone call talking clearly to a friends while working. After receiving my wrong order I asked if I could just add the missing drink to my order and was told I would need to drive back around for it, happily driving back around and re- ordering I was told that they were out of sprite. Could’ve saved me the trip around. Nothing but dirty looks from these teens who messed up in the first place.
The mexican woman who is a manager yelled at my two daughters on two separate occasions. Terrible management the newer staff seem overwhelmed and under trained, not their fault at all i hope their being treated fine.
