I used the mobile app I have the code, the showing it pulling off my card and the order that I made waited a long time in drive through an then had to go inside an their system said that order wasn’t even real but I had proof previous order (after I placed it) the code, the charge on my card an left empty handed .
One of the worst McDonald’s in town. Consistently slow and behind on orders (even when there’s only 3 people there) I once came in needing to get 6 drinks, they took 45 minutes… I even asked if I could just fill them up myself with the self serve machine and they purposefully ignored me. The store manager doesn’t hold anyone accountable, they will all be laughing goofing around in the kitchen while a lobby of 20 people are standing there waiting an ungodly amount of time for McNuggets.
How is it possible for this establishment to remain open? After parking my car for 20 minutes from the drive-through, my order was still not delivered. I then waited an additional 15 minutes inside, only to find that my breakfast sandwich was missing essential ingredients, including bacon and meat. Upon attempting to report this issue, I was asked to pay for the order and provide proof, which involved having the staff handle my food.
