This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to in Reno. The manager must didnt order the supplies right or not at all cause they dont have anything . No large cups one day . And today no fountain drinks . . The fries are stale hard and crumbs and the burgers are just tossed together sloppy . I rather drive on another side of town to get food for on out.
Pretty solid 70% chance on us missing items we paid and ordered from this store. Regardless of if we get it in person or have ubered it. Pretty annoying to order food and end up with whole meals missing. Seems no one is checking bags properly.
Staff at the drive through are normally nice but this time they misunderstood my order & they acted like I should just accept the wrong order. I wanted the right order they acted like they had to go back and cook a new meal (people this FAST food). I believe service has gone down hill because these workers are so lazy and only want to do the simplest way they can!
