I know McDonald's isn't known as top quality service, but this may be the worst one I have dealt with. Lines are incredible slow, even when there are only 5 cars. I get pulled forward and when they eventually bring my food out, its missing items. Then I go in and wait in line behind 2 others who were missing items. The burger I eventually got was so sloppily put together, I had to wipe off ketchup and mustard with a napkins just to hold it.
So I'm keeping track me and my husband have been pulled our last six trips. We know when we come no matter what time of day no matter what we get they're going to pull us. The niceness of the people only go so far when
I had a really concerning experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget meal, and when I opened the box, there was a random piece of cake inside — something this location doesn’t even sell. When I brought it back, the employees laughed and admitted “oh I did that,” like it was some kind of joke. That’s not funny — it’s unprofessional and honestly concerning when it comes to food safety. They constantly get orders wrong and even when it is correct the food almost always has something wrong with it. The fries are never fresh, always cold and soggy and barely salted
