1 Star Hair in food. Ice cream like soup. Staff moving like they’re half asleep. This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve been to. I found a hair in my food, which is absolutely disgusting. The ice cream was completely melted—more like a warm milkshake than anything close to frozen. On top of that, the staff moved incredibly slow, like they were in no rush at all, even with customers waiting. If management actually cared, they'd train their team better and keep the place clean.
