Staff was nice. From whati could see from the drive thru, it was clean and tidy. Although I waited over 15 minutes for my food. But once I received it it was still hot and they gave me extra food for the wait to compensate. Overall good experience for a McDonald's.
This was a horrible experience the workers told me to wait before ordering in the drive thru so I did but that what turned into 30 minutes and the people behind me were pissed but once the worker came to me she said your holding up the line ma’am so I went inside to grab my food the food was the only thing that was good
I would like to report a serious issue with my order. One burger was prepared correctly, but the second one was absolutely terrible. It looked so bad that I did not even touch it. It was extremely watery and clearly made with carelessness and laziness. This level of irresponsibility when preparing food is very disappointing. I expect much better quality and professionalism. This experience was very upsetting.
