I put in a mobile order on 3/16/25, got to the location and waited for over 45 minutes in the drive thru line.. the ENTIRE BUILDING WAS LOCKED UP!! There were 2 employees in the kitchen and someone dressed like a manager sitting on their ass near one of the doors just listening to people repeatedly try to go in and not acknowledge them. Could've at least put up a sign explaining why the inside was locked up, or told the app no counter pick-up orders
