Went through the drive through. Sat behind a line of cars for 20 minutes. No one moved. There were at least 5 vehicles that left the drive thru while I was there. Losing business because of the level of service.

I guess I could give 5 stars but I cut one for a minor mistake. nothing that I feel is a game changer. Ordered 2 sandwich, 2 coffee. We received the right sandwich, but the coffee wasn't ours, made differently to someone else's order, the server didn't check the order numbers on the drinks and was handing out wrong drinks to people. The staff is still friendly, place is still clean, atmosphere is still friendly and comfortable. servers show good professionalism and attitude.

Not the fastest mcds, usually pretty accurate. Not the best clientele either.

This place is literally night and day at those respective times. Day service is great, food is hot and they usually get the order right except for sauces. At night this place is a no go. Service is bleh, forget wanting a pie bc they never have them. The kids on staff could care less that they're working and management seems to not care either.
