Might as well not order breakfast after 10 am bc the lazy workers will just cancel your order. Very bad service and customer service. If you didn’t want to do your job then maybe you should quit!
I’m writing this review from the drive-thru line because out of the 4 times I have been to this location since moving here, I have sat in line for 10+ minutes waiting to order. If it wasn’t our local branch and if we didn’t have a young child that looks forward to the occasional happy meal, we would never come here. This location got so bad that it’s insane to order food anymore. Short staff like always and always messed up COLD food orders. I worked at this location 14 years ago as my first job. And we ran like a corporate, over staffed not under. Every time I’m in drive thru line it takes 45 mins and if you got mobile order you can forget about it will be 1.5 hours. They need to have enough employees especially for the evenings and get everything back in order and everything will be good again. My 2 cents.
