So to put it simply. When I order a bacon quarter, its on the receipt and even a stick on the box. Stating its a bacon quarter but I got no bacon on my sandwich. That's real intentional.
Manager was really rude for no reason? Order placed on the app and we picked counter pickup as curbside was not available past 9:59pm which is what we do in the mornings. My husband went to get the food and I marked that he was there as you can on the app. The manager was rude to him and said "her" lobby was closed and it must be a drive thru order.
