Horrible horrible customer service. My job starts at 10am I rushed my way to get breakfast was the only car in the drive through and in the McDonald's ordering line. 9:20am-9:40am waited nearly 25 minutes of nothing. Tells me to go to second window. Already paid through mobile app. Shows my phone receipt continues to muffle and pretends like she doesn't understand me. I would like to start by saying that I have maybe written 5 online reviews in my fourty years of life. The McDonalds on Monona Dr, which I leave near, is the most inconsistent store I’ve ever encountered. The amount of times I’ve waited in the drive-thru for more than hour before stated closing time and received no service is frequent enough that I try any other store I can find on my way home. I don’t know why I bother doing curbside. They never take it out to me. They always forget it’s a thing and I have to go ask for my order. Just do the drive thru. The young girl was nice but she seemed to be the only one really working. One additional star just for her.
