Terrible service slow as hell I'd get -5 stars if I could
I have been across the country several times now and this is hands down the worst McDonald's location I have ever been to. Between missing items/food quality and the level of service, avoid this location at all costs.
Big Mac had no patties and paid for add ons I didn't receive
This is the second time I've stopped at this location after midnight and after paying being told it didn't go through. The first time I paid twice and was still told it didn't go through, so I pulled my banking info up and showed them I paid twice, and they still said it didn't so I left without getting the food I paid for twice. I stopped there on my way home again tonight (never again) and after paying, I was told it didn't go through, so I immediately pulled up my banking info on my phone and showed them.
