Very poor service. The staff spoke to us in a mocking way. Were very rude when we paid through the app and tried to pick up in store. I never got my food and had to cancel the order through the app. I could have ordered in store however I would never support a business with such poor customer service skills. No advice or help was provided when showing them the app wouldn't let me check in, even though it provided a code to show staff in event where we could not.
Place an mobile order with McDonald's I had the credit card information that the mobile order was placed with I had the order number and when I arrived at the restaurant they would not fulfill my mobile order because the mobile order had been placed on my husband's phone and not my cell phone that I had with me They would not age me in canceling the order and proceeded to smirk and almost laugh at me for not wanting to fulfill my order I will not be returning to the store because of this

Ordered from Uber. Forgot to add tomato in my burger so I called them but they denied.
