Waited for over 15 minutes in the pick up spot. Ordered 2 big breakfast had to ask for syrup left after waiting another 5 minutes and then got home to over done sausage and one breakfast had no eggs! Not happy!
This is what extra carmel is to them??? What's regular then?? Why did I pay so much this is half the carmel of other mc Donald's locations regular carmel.
I got there 8 minutes before breakfast ended. I ordered my kids food and after waiting for 27 minutes I was told they were out of some of what we ordered. Then they ended up forgetting our pancakes. Waited another 7 minutes and never even got utensils or syrup. Then I placed a separate order to go for fries for our road trip and it was over 19 minutes for that. Then the younger employees were talking in the lobby about customers that waited for over 30 minutes for their food. They laughed at them. It was disgusting behavior ... read more
They forgot the drinks for my kids and my medium fry. You can't even get someone on the phone to tell them. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to
