Made everything wrong, was rude about it when asked to correct it, and then messed it up again. The food is whatever, but being rude and insisting they didn't mess up when they are holding the messed up order and receipt in their hands is ridiculous.
Worker at the drive thru said it will be a 15-20 minute wait for them to take an order. Meanwhile there was a line of cars lined up and hardly any way to get out of line. Sounds to me like this business needs to close early or rethink their customer service strategy. Great way to turn away customers. Went right to Arby’s and got food in around 5 minutes.
Under staffed, dirty and if you don't place a order on the kiosk, they just ignore you!
