Ordered online an hour before closing, no one came to the drive through to take anyone's orders, didn't see anyone inside although there were cars parked outside, lots of people had to sit there until we realized no one was coming to take our order
Stopped by on our way home, it was 10 minutes till lunch, one guy in the drive through said it would be a few minutes that they would have to cook out food , then someone else came over the speaker and rudely said it's not 10:30. I was prepared to wait but since it's that big of a hassle we left.
5 different times over the past 3 weeks it took 30+ minutes to receive my order in the drive through. I’ve had to cancel my mobile order and get food elsewhere because it’s not worth the wait. The worst time was a Saturday night at 9pm, and I decided to stick out the drive through wait just to see what was going on, and it took 49 minutes from the time I got in the drive through line until I received my food.
