I put in a pickup order and I came and said my drive thru code whi g was RK48 and I get to the window and all I did was yawn and the guy who was taking orders started yelling at me and said dont you cuss at me and I didnt cuss at him all I did was yawn.i dont take too kindly to people that accuse me of something that I didnt do I had music playing but I turned it down.
How u guna give someone nuggets without sauce in the drive thru when it clearly stated sauce on the reciept especially since it was an online order. Do better employees now I gotta eat these dry ahh nuggets
Got a plain double quarter pounder, it was completely raw. I took it back and the manager took it to the back and came out with a new one in the same box as the old one.
AC broke or not on. Did kiosk order for two lattes, took forever. Floor was sticky. Trash and fries everywhere behind the counter.
