I ordered a frappe through the app and when I went to pick it up, they said the machine was down. I asked for a refund since I couldn't get it through the app unless they canceled it which they refused to do. Then when I said I didn't want to pay for something I don't get, they treated me like I was just a difficult customer making a fuss for no reason.
