I went today about 3:45 the afternoon. Ordered a Chicken sandwich Combo. I don't live far. I was so hungry. I came directly home. The French fries were cold, and Chicken sandwich, let's just say I think they popped in a microwave to warm it up on a soft hard bun. I should have taken back. I was hungry. If i could rate negative I would. It was one of the worst customer services I had ever been apart of. Granted with that said, my wife and i did not eat there. the host was very rude toward us. I'm rating on my visit not McDonalds as a whole.
The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! My 5 year old was feeling sad because he got hurt at the park so I said we could go to McDonald's for lunch and get a Happy Meal with a Squishmellow toy. Sauce comes with the meal, we didn't get it. I asked for extra fries instead of apple slices, but that didn't happen (got expired apples). Wanted lemonade but they were out AGAIN. Forgot my wallet and the local McDonald's here on a work trip. They held it in their safe until I returned. Food was great service was even better. Honest people. Thank you for my greatest experience ever. Good people
