Brian at Grafton East location was amazing and provided us with great customer service. He made sure all of our food was fresh and was great with the kids.
I placed a mobile order for just an iced coffee. Once I arrived, there was someone in front of me, giving their order. Once I pulled up, no one said anything for 5 minutes. I decided to pull up to the window thinking the speaker may have been broken. I honked, and honked again after about 3 more minutes of waiting. Waited in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Finally went inside and picked it up. Terrible service and the food was not hot.
