Please teach the drive-through employees at Franklin NH restaurant how to say thank you! Also, alert your drive-through order takers when items are low and they'll be a wait. If in a hurry the customer may want to skip ordering. Ordered a small coke and medium fry. By the time the fries came out, I'd finished half the drink. I waited 10 minutes at the front counter before finally being noticed, and when I was not a single hi or hello. And when getting my change back a worker dropped my coin behind the counter and did not give it to me. They need to do some retraining here it’s insane.

Pulled in Franklin NH. today, moving into our new home, have never been to y his McDonald's WILL NEVER RETURN. lady behind the counter working in drive thru Skinny woman in all black. kept looking at me but let stand at the counter 6 minutes or so. When she walked over , she curtlly said, "What d o you want? I said, I AM FINE THANK YOU AND SHE SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT? it was not busy, I was the only customer in the restaurant. . Once again a disappointment, order 30 chicken nuggets,literally had them on the counter in less then a minute and of course old and cold. 30 nuggets should be cooked when orerded and fresh, $20 in nuggets to throw away
