If you're a dasher, make sure you're on them about about the order. There's about 20 workers here and half of them are slow, no awareness and no sense of urgency. An order was sitting on the rack and I asked the girl who was just standing there with no customers for the order and she says, "oh they'll help you at the pick up counter." I point and say "mam, it's right there." Then she hands it to me. 🤦♂️
