Been an OTR driver for over thirty years. By far the worst service I have ever seen....
Impressive for it being so late when I got there and just a few teenagers. Hit food and quick service. Aced it!
Came in, ordered breakfast for 7 people. The card reader froze, and the lady behind the counter just sat there, waiting for it to go through. Eventually, another girl came forward and the machine booted up. Despite this, it kicked back my card, as well as my girlfriends. 2 different cards, 2 different banks. The manager then came forward and, without looking at the machine, stated it was our cards, would not try a different machine and told us to go. Terrible service! Went for breakfast. They handed me a hot coffee with the lid not properly on and gave me 2nd degree burns on my hand. Never even had coffee in my hand as coffee went all over my hand and wrist. Went back to talk to manager after my ER visit. Owner came out and wow what a piece of work! No wonder this place has such bad service and reviews. He actually wanted me to take the dressing off my hand and his attitude doubting that I could get burned by the coffee.
