I was about to order the new arch burger and this lady hung up on me
I was on long trip and stopped by for breakfast. I drive though and the window seem uncomfortable to communicate with me. I had to come inside because I’m deaf. I had it all write down on paper but still smh.
I was in line for ten minutes. I recorded. The staff seen me . I only recorded after I realized I was there for ten minutes and employees just kept looking at me. It’s not that serious for me, but damn that is terrible management
Absolute crap service, staff lacks basic communication skills, gives misleading information and don’t care about any inconvenience caused.
