Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s. I understand they were bus but they messed up everyone’s order ahead of me and had to remake a lot of food. Seems like there is no quality control. Waited over 40 mins for a mobile order is unacceptable.
Morning shift seems to be short staffed but they work hard and the food is always well made. Some mornings, the lady will be working both windows! Give her a raise!
