I ordered inside from a female cashier a Big Mac at full price and a $1 Big Mac specifically. I picked up my order while checking my receipt which I was charged full price for the two Big Macs. I spoke with management who stated, that there was no longer a $1 special. I said the cashier did not mention there was no longer a special, let alone greet me or communicate with at anytime during my order. Management showed no concern. Food is always cold at this location and they never fail to include everything you ordered. I try to avoid this location as much as I can. Location on Montano is 100x better.
I can’t believe I placed an order online, paid for it in full and this location refused to honor the order or refund what I paid! It was a nearly 40$ order. I never expected to be blatantly robbed by a chain as big as McDonald’s. Buyer beware at this location. I’ve never had such an awful experience.
