Food is decent, but they don’t have enough people working in the morning. I sat at the drive-through window and nobody answered the intercom. Employees should not be forced to run the whole store by themselves.
Typical McDonald’s food. Service was okay at the time we were there. Bathrooms are in the gas station and are horrible.
Not only do they get the order wrong, but their attitude is unacceptable, as if their pay is being reduced or their money is involved.
We ordered on the app prior to the breakfast cutoff, then were told when we arrived that they can’t make our food cuz it’s past 11, even though the app allowed us to order and pay due to it being prior to 11, as well as the app had a prompt saying “breakfast is ending soon, order fast.” We were told no to our food, and no to a refund since it was a mobile order (FAQS on the app say nothing about no mobile order refunds, maybe I’m missing some fine print) finally we were able to talk them into serving us the food we paid for ... read more
