that was the worst breakfast sandwich I have had from any McDonald's in my life, biscuit undercooked and mush, 1 strip of bacon, and it was cold, they're not even trying at this point
I used my mobile app to order a Carmel sundae! The screen said in progress! Two people asked me wat I was waiting for gave them my pickup number on my app. He said did you order on the app 🤦♀️ yes then mgr asked the same thing. Finally they find it and I got more Carmel than ice cream but after waiting ten minutes for a simple sundae I just left
While my food was being prepared I took my son to use the restroom, only to discover that there was absolutely no soap in either dispenser in the men’s room (disgusting) I went to the front desk to inform the manager, spotted her and asked if she was the manager, and she did not reply.
