The staff created a high school like atmosphere that was extremely unprofessional. I stood up front alongside other customers and waited for a long time to even be acknowledged. There were workers yelling at each other, swarming around the front, and laughing. The food was also cold and we were missing parts of our order.
I got takeout recently and I ordered two double cheeseburgers no pickle and they forgot to put onions and put barely any ketchup or mustard and one of the burgers was missing an entire patty so it was basically a cheeseburger with two slices of cheese
Like if yall want a raise maybe you should learn to give out the entire ticket. When you call a number and we have to tell you the rest is behind you and no drinks given..honey you dont deserve 20 an hour
