Food was decent. Wasn’t impressed with the poor service from the workers. Came in at 10 at night to get a quick bite to eat. Got a glass of ice water to drink from a worker that looked at me 5 times before coming to help. Buddy went to get get a glass of water and sat there for a while so he just grabbed it himself. Then a worker in the back was talking bad and moved the drink rack. Would not bring us our food in dining room. Could hear fellow workers talking poorly about their customers while we ate. Sat at front desk, five minutes, wanting a water cup got no customer service ended up, walking back there myself and grabbing it. They didn’t like to well
I genuinely hate McDonald’s and their workers. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy their food but… the workers??? Like, they always forget food I order and I always have to go back around or go in to get what I paid for. I also never get the proper condiments or any at all. They don’t make drinks right anymore apparently and don’t seem to bother to listen when customers say they have an allergy to something. I won’t be going back. Went there on a Sunday and it was after 6am and the doors were not open until 6:15am sorry but if you open at 6am you better make sure you are open at that time so I went to kwik star. Do better please
