Did a mobile order, it was supposed to take 2-5 minutes and we sat their for 20 with nobody in the drive thru. Very slow service.
Asked for help on the app to redeem our free food on the Monopoly game they have and she told she doesn’t know how to and yelled it so loudly to me that my husband heard her across the room. Honestly she was rude. And then we made an order for our fries Togo took about 10 minutes than had to go up there and asked for them. Don’t know if we will be going back the lack of communication and customer service was horrible…
