Just ate at this MacDonald's in Spencer Ia. Monday the 27th of July at 1:00 in the afternoon. My wife and I were the only people eating inside and all other tables were dirty not wiped off and order numbers just laying on the tables. The floor looked dirty and greasy. the pop counter had pop spilled all over and trash laying on the counter. made a comment to a worker getting a glass of water and was ignored. Poor service took 45 minutes to get one drink
The wait in the drive through is ridiculous. More than 10 minutes. So much for fast food.
went through the line twice because they messed up the first time, only imagine messing up the second time too? used my mcdonald’s reward code as well and was told i couldn’t get my free rewards bc THEY forgot to add it the first time and going back through my app was forcing me to wait. nothing they could do apparently. made me feel guilty and stupid about the hole situation. unfortunately it wasn’t my end that was messed up. so after paying twice for the items they missed they still intentionally screwed us over with their... read more
If you visit this location, McDonald’s, I can promise you it will be one of the worst experiences you’ve ever had from a McDonald’s. The staff is extremely rude food, old and cold, and takes an hour to receive.
