Was not impressed at all with the drive thru lady that took our order. The sun caused the menu board to be hard to see so we had alot of questions. The lady was obviously annoyed by that. Then we had another question and this time her annoyance was muttered under her breath but we still her say "gawd dammit". We were appalled by the language which caused us to lose appetite for mcdonalds. We pulled up to 2nd window asked to speak to manager about the matter and regretfully declined our order. Shotty service. Every time i customize something its not correct. Rarely do you get napkins. You go to corporate about repccuring issues and they demand a FULL report on every single detail before they even listen to you which is bs sense i order on the app and ALL OF THE DETAILS ARE THERE.
