Shotty service. Sketchy food. Every time i customize something its not correct. Rarely do you get napkins. You go to corporate about repccuring issues and they demand a FULL report on every single detail before they even listen to you which is bs sense i order on the app and ALL OF THE DETAILS ARE THERE. My 16 year old daughter applied twice to this store. She made appointments both times for 8 am as to not miss school. Both days we showed up and the "hiring manager" was a no show. Once he had the audacity to ask her to wait a hour and half for him. I said no and drove her to school. The second time my daughter knew both the girls working, from school, which means they are both minors with no supervision which is illegal in Montana. Came in and customer service was horrible. Asked for a cup of ice water and they tried charging me $1.50 because of the monopoly game going on ice water should never be $1.50 they refused to serve me water because I would refuse to pay $1.50. Water is free in most states so for them to charge me is insane
