Ordered food ahead on the app. Still had to wait 30min to get our food. 3 cars came after us and got their food no problem. Finally went in to see where food was took another 5/10min to get that. Food was cold and missing items. Went in to get the items missing and was told to use the machine to order or I would have to wait by the manager. Highly disappointed, the manager would rather stand and stare at a screen and yell out things at the employee than try to jump and help them or the customers. After waiting 20 minutes for my 10 piece, it was canceled. Every time I come to this McDonald's, there's an issue. Counter, pickup orders take FOREVER. Get it together, seriously.
Order at the kiosk because no one would come to the register then got yelled at twice because the drive through was busy.....
