Lovely
We got burnt burgers and when we gave the burgers back to the staff and called out the issue, Mr.Alphanso spoke rudely and said “we will not replace this”. The person did not even care to give us a reason, forget about apologising for the poor service. Never seen this happen anywhere or even experienced such a thing. Money wasted.
I'm an Uber driver, and they focus on orders at the counter more than us. I've been waiting for a long time. It's really frustrating.
