Waited 20 minutes on our food. Diet Coke was running Dr. Pepper. Watched my burgers sit for 7 minutes waiting on fries. What stole the show was an off duty employee came up to the counter in street clothes, put her order in by telling her friends what she wanted and she got her food before we got ours after waiting and paying. If she was working it might have been a little better. But just to jump in front of paying customers and get her meal before 3 other customers got theirs is ridiculous.
UPDATE 10/28/2025 Ordered a McDouble meal..received McChicken Returned for refund..they supposed to fix..this dummy fry 2 LG fries…I requested refund STILL didn’t get one ..so I walked out because Evelyn already served dinner at 6pm! I wish I could get them CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY.. Oh and the numbers posted don’t work neither..so George..JJ..and Jose can stop lying! Just ruined me and my dogs snack🤬🤬 in This the most inconsistent restaurant ever ..yet my dumb behind still come for my kids! The menu options change EVERYDAY... read more
