The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while! I did my order at 11:05, didn’t get it until 11:30! But they got orders for people behind us all because they either go with someone or was related to someone there. At least the food was fresh!
Staff completely unprofessional. Clerk refused to take my order at the counter even though I wanted to pay cash. Another employee came out of the back and entered it for me at the kiosk and then had to pay at counter anyway. Employees were loud and unruly. It felt like I was standing in a high school cafeteria.
Very disorganized and slow. Waited 20 minutes after ordering inside for a cheeseburger and double cheeseburger. To make matters worse, the burgers were barely warm and the Diet Coke had a very strange taste. Had to throw it out.
What a dump. Waiting in line for drive-thru for 5 minutes yelling at the mic. No one answered. Saw other cars drive off. But we had ordered our food on the app and paid, so needed the food. Went inside. It was chaos. No one inside knew what was going on. Apologies were flying, but there was zero sense of urgency. Took us like 20 minutes to get our food. Half of it was tough and tasted like it'd been sitting under a heat lamp forever. I swear Georgia McDonald's are the worst. Every one, every time.
