Worst fast food experience of my life. Waited nearly an hour total in the drive-thru line (waited in one lane, cars in the other lane kept being helped but not me), went around to that other lane and complained about the wait, was told there’s only one worker and to cancel my order. Saw more than one employee through the lobby windows, and other people were continued to be served. This location deserves to be shut down. Do not patronize this McDonald’s.

They are incompetent here. Extremely lacking the basic skills to make a simple sandwich. 30min waiting for someone to just flop whatever on a sandwich and accepting its good enough. And no it was not busy so no excuses. Have some pride in what you serve. You chose to work there.

Usually very good, just need to fix hours on website and app. The app let us order food at 11:55 Thursday night and when we arrived we were told by an employee that they were closed. Google shows 24/7 and the app shows that they serve dinner until 2:59 so hopefully the hours get updated to avoid any more confusion

After waiting thirty minutes to get the speaker, we had to wait an additional ten minutes for a greeting and only then were we told that they that they were only accepting cash

Last night I waited in the drive thru line for a whole 30 minutes. That enough made this experience upsetting. Then, we drive up to order and they tell us they will be with us in a minute, a couple of minutes pass. Then they say that they are only taking cash, AFTER waiting in line for those 30 minutes. I wish they could have told us earlier or just let us know of the situation that was happening (machine not working probably).
