The managers here are totally out of touch with their customers. They allow staff to talk behind customers back, deprive customers of ice water, and an overall disservice to their customers. Staff needs retraining, specially the managers (assistant & main) on customer service & communication skills. Best option is to support your local businesses where you get treated with kindness & respect!
Over the past week, both my family and a neighbour’s kids became ill with stomach flu-like symptoms within 12 hours of dining at this McDonalds location. My youngest who did not eat anything at the time was the only one not ill. Maybe there are other causes at play, but want to flag in case others have had similar experiences.
