I can’t believe the laziness of the management and employees. I had a mobile order in well before close and was there well before close and they refused to make my food. They left many kids without food and without money that night. I hope the franchise owner or corporate/region leader gives this manager a talk because it’s awful to see a company lack the integrity of holding up their own hours.

I have been there several times due to sporting events for our kids. Every time the service is very slow. Today the parking lot was being worked on so we went inside. Hardly any customers inside but the dining area was filthy gross. Tables hadn’t been cleaned, food and trash on the floor, restrooms were gross. Got our food, took 1 bite and threw it away. This McDonald’s is the worst I have ever been to. I had a group and we had 5 mobile orders. We were there before close and they turned down them all. Said were not closed but don’t have time to make it. They refused to refund. Worst service and terrible management. Now they have scammed 5 people out of there money who can’t get refunded tonight or eat tonight in this small town.
