Rude staff
No longer customizing ice is a joke! I have a cold sensitivity and want less ice so now what? If I want less ice in my iced coffee, so it’s not as cold I guess I’ll take less coffee, which is totally fine but what about if I want no ice in my iced coffee will I get no coffee? Instead of not customizing ice, why don’t you cut costs elsewhere? I guess I’ll have to customize my ice at Tim Hortons.
This place can never get the orders correct. Even today my fries was just half and still cold frozen. My big Mac was also cold. We spend 30+ on lunch order and we get all old stale products
