I should have checked the reviews. I came inside to order (thankfully). First thing there is NO option to order at the counter. Why? Ordered a Egg and sausage biscuit, which turned out to be a brick with egg and sausage. By brick i mean imagine crushing a brick with a hammer. Yep! That's how it crumbled. Why would anyone who works here serve i biscuit that has hardened? Thankfully I was inside so I took my brick i mean biscuit to the counter and got a fresh biscuit.
Worse service ever!!! Literally standing at counter for 10 min and not one person helped me. After I had to speak up to get someone’s attention they wanna be rude and say just use the kiosks to order but yet they are all horse playing in the back.
