One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The middle-aged female Indian manager could barely communicate in English and was extremely rude and confrontational. I watched the customer ahead of me calmly explain that their order contained an ingredient they were allergic to, even though they had clearly mentioned the allergy when ordering and confirmed it again at the window.
