I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered only one ice cream by table service, but they didn’t come even after 10 minutes of ordering. So Im just wondering about my order so I go to counter and ask one woman staff. And she looked at me and she talked to the staff, and I showed her the receipt again and she said YOU ARE LATE. so my ordered is disappeared. It was terrible and her face expression, her winking, her tone of voice all seemed to look down on me, and I felt like I was being RACIST 🤬 and I said again ... read more
Dirty, Noone cleaning tables,one lady cleaner just passed broom around and again disappeared..I asked for vinegar and napkins to use it to wipe down table ,I did it myself,no it has changed,used to be cleaned when there was other lady ,maybe she retired or left..
apparently u can only get hot chocolate in small size
