Waited 20 min to get old, cold food. You really have to try to be this bad. Time for new management, or close your door and get a fast food company that knows what they're doing. I cant wait for jack in thr box to open down the street.
This is the second review I have ever left in my life. After waiting in a parking spot for our food to come out after 15 minutes a woman not in McDonalds uniform comes out and smokes a cigarette for 5 minutes and heads back inside. Looking at each other we both say, “Hope that lady isn’t making our food!” 15 more minutes go by and I head inside just to make sure there isn’t any issues. Lo and behold guess who is bagging food! The quality of the food was as expected. However, they forgot one of the sauces with my meal, and forgot the bacon on the bacon sandwich. When I asked for bacon, they handed me two cold strips on a sandwich meant for 3. They got the proportions of sauce right, and remembered the customizations. A bit expensive for what it was, and definitely dirty.
It’s bad luck that this is the McDonald’s near my home. The wait to get food through the drive thru here is a minimum of 10 minutes and they constantly try giving me the wrong order. The other thing is they always say they don’t have pies. Why even have them on the menu?!? By far the worst McDonald’s
Updated: My son is into McD nuggets, so I still pop by once in a while. They seem focused on drive through more than indoor where I was. Dirty tables. Screen missing for mobile orders. Table service is just them yelling out your number from the counter. Other McDs nearby operate better. Old: I have to agree with other reviews.. This is the slowest McDonald's I've been to.
