Apparently the mobile app is always down for this location. 3 times I’ve had to reorder due to their app being down and then not being able to receive my rewards item that I ordered was the cherry on top. For some reason the app being down only happens at this location and it seems very sus. They don’t even offer any sort of compensation or care to rectify the situation, just ‘business as usual’. Just terrible service at this location.
Manager or whoever was running the shift was awful. Extremely rude to employees and customers, let door dash employees also sit there for 10 minutes plus before even acknowledging them. Acknowledging everyone else but them and then coming back, and saying if you have a door dash sorry we can’t fulfill. No explanation nothing. People would try to say something and she would be like nope nope nope and continue to cut people off and say how pissed she was verbally out loud. I placed a mobile order at 10:27 and online and at the door it said the lobby was open till 11, but the doors were locked. An employee leaving opened the doors and as I went back to get my food all the employees yelled at me to leave the store. Never coming back to this location.
It's a McDonalds and we can only eat the breakfast menu because we don't feel well if we anything else, except the chicken nuggets. Thier cold treats are nice during summer. They have a nice kid play place that is clean and our kids love. They have kiosks to order from and there is almost no one ever monitoring the front so its really annoying when you need someone. I really wish they'd remove the kiosks because they make ordering a pain and it takes longer.
