What can I say. McDonalds is simply not very good. I gave it another shot because I was on a road trip, it was early morning and I thought it a better option than a gas station convenience store. I ordered 1 sausage egg mcmuffin and 1 coffee. Dry cold muffin, hard dry sausage, weird tasting egg. Coffee was okay.
Food took so long to come out. Brought out our to go order but placed it behind the cashier area. Went to retrieve someone else's missing item. Forgot about our order for a moment. My fanta freeze was pretty melted, but we had to get back on the road.
All orders are on kiosks. Long wait times. Bathrooms unkept.
This place is disgusting! Avoid at all costs!
Never did I think I would review a fast food restaurant but the cashier I dealt with tonight was amazing. Hands down the nicest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with at a drive thru window. I’ve already forgotten your name but if you worked 10/9/2025 around 11:45 p.m., just know that I love you so much and I hope you get everything you’ve ever wanted
