The last time I went to McDonald's I had a bad experience. I ordered on the app and took a table number. I was waiting for them to bring my food to the table. The girl finally called my name. I told her this is Table Service. She told me she was too busy to bring it to my Table. The food was sitting there for 10 minutes by the time she called my name. We did not see the famous staff member named Mary, who is said to brighten everyone’s day. Other airport breakfast food was too expensive, so we came here. Egg McMuffin was ok (I would say similar taste and quality to Kwik trip, but smaller). Coffee was very hot but tasted bad. Please deep clean your coffee machines, don’t use stale grounds.
Mary was the highlight of our morning. Never have I had such amazing service at a McDonald’s. She was friendly, attentive, and a very hard worker. She deserves a raise!!!
