Matthew has excellent customer service skills.
You will not get greeted, they will send you to a kiosk to order. I was in there waiting on my order (it was a big order for a group breakfast) I did not hear anything from anyone there until someone called my number. The kiosk didn’t print a receipt and I had to ask for one many times, trying to get enough jelly for the number of biscuits ordered was a task on its own. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever
Matthew cox has excellent customer service skills. He was very attentive to my needs which made me feel very appreciated.
