Horrible and mangers cut u off in line to take to people rude as ever
Horrible service. Third time getting our order wrong in 2 weeks. Cashier had no idea which items were included in the promo and refused to look to see which happy meal toys when asked.
Horrible. Always dirty, usually smells like a sewage line broke outside when driving through the drive thru, orders are ALWAYS wrong, food is usually not even prepared correctly. Staff are usually unpleasant, unfriendly (even with the Manager standing right behind them!). Save your sanity and go to one of the many many other restaurants in Hamburg (Fast Food or other!), you will be much happier for it!
that last review was 5 years ago and maybe a relative??? dirty unkept ill managed one of the worst mc ds needs management some employees are good! this evening they ran out of nuggets, syrup for coke, and after asking 3 times if my drink was hot chocolate and not a coffee ( they lied-the maker of the drink) it was a coffee went in to correct 3rd attempt i threw it away and went to DD
the correct phone number is 610-562-8462. this is a new mcd. went in business oct. 2007. it is on it's way to becoming a very competitive and excellent store in quality, service, cleanliness and value. the owner is spectacular, the managers in charge are all very nice. it is a great addition to the area.
