We ordered food through the app and only had options to pick up at the counter or do drive thru because it was late at night. We chose counter to avoid the long line. We got there and the lobby was already closed even though we were instructed to go inside by the app. We got back in the car and went through drive thru and they told us to go to the 2nd window. This place is horrible with giving you what you ordered and they didn't give out receipt. Always missing food from this location. They need to do a better job.
