They have a phone charging station but covered all the plug ins so you cant charge up. Wow. What a jerk move. They had one not covered by a wall but then saw me using it n next time it was covered too. please explain why when its freezing or below temps the guy is out there spraying lot and sidewalk with water. Dangerous n doesnt make sense.
